Building a modern new house in Bushey - Case study
When our recent clients Orley and Jonathan Kutner found a house to buy for themselves and their three children in Bushey, Hertfordshire, they fell in love with the location and the setting, but they knew they would need to make many changes to create the perfect family home. The house, a 1960s chalet, was very old fashioned, with small dark rooms, so they decided to have it demolished and replaced with a much larger and brighter house.
Our team of professionals started the new project by demolishing the original build. After the demolition, we began to prepare the land for the new house, which was designed by Stanley Architects Ltd. The new residence was created from start to finish by our family run construction company London. Built by our team of professional building specialists, the mansion is a combination of traditional and contemporary styles perfectly blended to express the personality of our client. It boasts with floor to ceiling glazing which allows plenty of natural sunshine into every room. The sliding glass doors at the rear of the house allow for easy access to the garden.
